The firm has participated in several transactions which have been recognised by awards of the highest prestige in the pertinent sector. For example, the magazine Jane’s Transport Finance (a reference publication for the sector) awarded its “Aircraft Leasing Deal of the Year – Europe 2006” to a lease financing transaction for several aircraft for Air Nostrum in which we acted as legal advisors. The same magazine also awarded its “Shipping Leasing Deal of the Year 2008” to a financing transaction structured by our firm for two LNG carriers. The financing of two aircraft for the Brazilian airline TAM, furthermore, advised by our firm, received the “Latin America Deal of the Year 2008” award from Airfinance Journal.
